St. John's Walking Group

unnamed-10
St John’s Walking Group is an informal social group who do a walk of normally 6-7 miles on the first Saturday morning of each month.

We are relaxed, casual and aim to start walking at 9.30am and finish by 12.30pm – 1pm taking in some good English countryside – hills, valleys, woods, fields, flora, fauna, water... This will be followed by a pub lunch.

We aim to have one refreshment break. We will walk if showers are possible but not if torrential rain is likely for most of the day.  We have no insurance and no relationship to the Ramblers Association or any other walking association.

Different members of the group will take responsibility for planning each walk (and pub lunch).

New members are always welcome!  If anyone is interested in joining the Walking Group or learning more about it, please send an email to notices@arlevalleychurches.org.uk.

Bells @ St. John's

The bells are rung by a band of ringers drawn from Alresford and the surrounding area.
Please see our Bellringing page for more information.
